Spicy Kapena Margarita
2 oz. Kapena Hawaiian Chili
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
½ oz. agave syrup
Shake ingredients with ice & pour into ice-filled glass rimmed with kosher salt or li hing powder. Garnish with chili peppers or other.
Li Hing Mui Pineapple Margarita
2 oz. Kapena Li Hing Tequila
1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ oz. agave syrup
Shake ingredients with ice & pour into ice-filled glass rimmed with kosher salt or li hing powder. Garnish with pineapple slice.
Kapena Margarita
2 oz. Kapena Silver Tequila
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
¾ oz. agave syrup
Shake ingredients with ice & pour into ice-filled glass rimmed with kosher salt or li hing powder. Garnish with lime slice or other.
Honolisco Mule
1 ½ oz. Kapena Li Hing Tequila
1 oz. pineapple juice
½ oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Top off with ginger beer
Take all ingredients except the ginger beer and shake with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain over new ice in a glass or copper mug and top with ginger beer. Gently stir and garnish.
